Very well put. I have been thinking about the same for some time in a somewhat more cliche way of “Do good folks finish last”? This does seems to be true in the recent years with election of Trump, more racism, more hinduism etc.

What I wish for is a win without being a d**k.

I would not like to raise my kids where these kind of behaviors are rewarded. 🤞
